Our Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Queency Travels:
1. Payment and Commencement of Service: Once payment is made, and the
service is commenced, Queency Travels does not provide any refunds in cases
where clients voluntarily withdraw from the process due to personal reasons such
as family, marriage, business, job, or any other individual factors.

2. Discretional Refunds in Case of Principal Applicant's Death: In unfortunate
situations where the principal applicant passes away, Queency Travels may
provide discretional refunds. However, the refund amount shall not be less than
50% of the total fees paid.

3. Job Recruitment Period and Refunds: Queency Travels commits to working
diligently for a period of 6 months to find suitable job opportunities for the client.

If, after the 6 Months period, Queency Travels is unable to secure a job placement,
the following refund policy will apply:

a. If no job placement is secured within 6 months, the client will be eligible for a
refund up to 90% of the total fees paid.

b. The remaining 10% of the fees will be
retained as a service fee.

4. Agreement Letter: During the onboarding stage, the client will be required to sign
an agreement letter that acknowledges the refund policy stated above. This
agreement letter will serve as a binding contract between the client and Queency
Travels, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Queency
Travels. Clients are advised to thoroughly review and understand the terms before
making any payments or signing the agreement letter.
